The right thermostatic bath valve can add both functionality and design detail to your bath, allowing you to do things like switch between the bath filler and the shower at the touch of a button, and add a shelf to store your toiletries. At hansgrohe, we’ve got a range of options to suit your needs.
With dedicated shower thermostatic valves, you can control either one or multiple showers. In contrast, thermostatic bath valves usually feature a built-in bath filler, which is often an integral component on the exposed installation versions.
But we also offer concealed installation solutions, which are suitable for showers and baths, where the difference is the controlled water source. A key advantage of these is that all our separate bath fillers can be used with this, allowing you to decide the right combination for you.
If you opt for exposed installation, you can use your existing water connections: just install a thermostatic bath valve securely on the wall, such as the practical ShowerTablet Select 300. This elegant thermostatic valve, with a large shelf made of safety glass, can be controlled via two Select push buttons. This allows you to select the water source at the touch of a button, as well as to use the bath filler and hand shower simultaneously. It looks as good as it functions, thanks to the scratch-proof surfaces of mirrored chrome or white/chrome.
For washing out shampoo, shaving your legs or for cleaning the bath tub: hand showers on the wall are popular because they are convenient. Which is why, on exposed thermostatic bath valves and also on RainSelect, hansgrohe has directly integrated the connection for your hand shower. For all other concealed installation solutions, choose a practical FixFit hose connection.
With a concealed installation variant, the technology disappears behind the wall, leaving everything neat and uncluttered. This is thanks to the hansgrohe iBox universal concealed installation system, making concealed installation easier since 2001. The iBox is simply installed in the wall, opening up lots of connection options, giving you the chance to change your mind about the eventual design right up until the last minute, as well as retrofit or upgrade with ease - making them perfect for new builds!
Hand showers are supremely convenient for washing out shampoo, shaving your legs or for cleaning the bath. That’s why, on exposed thermostatic bath valves and on RainSelect, hansgrohe has directly integrated the connection for your hand shower.
